Charming 17th-century architecture with fine countryside views.

The sleep quality suffered due to an uncomfortable bed, disappointing. The single room only had one power socket was great. A shared bathroom across the landing added a layer of inconvenience, especially late at night.

The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, really close to wildlife. The staff was very amiable providing the information. The breakfast was delicious with a wide array of great food.

The atmosphere created was family.

It's a great place to stay, the staff is very amiable and exceptionally friendly. The location of the venue is quiet, short walk to another farm, and the beautiful Doone valley. Furthermore, it is 4 km from the touristic places like County Gate Car Park Exmoor.

Friendly hosts, comfortable beds, the free wi-fi in rooms kept me connected and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

I enjoyed my five nights in a cozy single room, where I appreciated the cleanliness and great views of the quiet courtyard. There are lovely spots to relax, including a beautiful garden and a comfy lounge area to unwind after a day exploring. The Wi-Fi sometimes dropped out, but it didn't take away from the peace and charm of my stay. 🌼

The warm hospitality, highlighted by a lovely breakfast served in a grand 17th-century dining room. The location is ideal for exploring local hiking routes, though the variable Wi-Fi connectivity was an inconvenience. The no noise around provided a perfect escape from busier tourist areas, and it was lovely to wake up to the sounds of farm animals. A lack of direct access to local pubs and restaurants required a bit of driving.

Coombe Farm offers fine views of the surrounding countryside, ideal for nature lovers like myself. The host, Susan, was warm and cute, and the room was kept clean as new.

It was just an appropriate option for resting at all in Lynton with great value for the money. The breakfast was excellent and the friendly atmosphere made mornings enjoyable. Make sure to embrace the beautiful countryside around for a nice walk after breakfast.

Fine views, warm hospitality from the owners, and breakfasts with local sausages made my four-night stay good 🌄 The atmosphere was so tranquil!
